Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, he mainly carries out business consulting activities in the fields of economics and business management and corporate finance such as valuations of companies and business units, M&A transactions, contributions, transformations, transfers of business units, estimation of share exchanges, valuation of tangible and intangible assets, preparation and certification of recovery plans, financial restructuring and debt restructuring procedures.

He is technical advisor to the Judge at the Court of Milan and Commissioner for the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.

He holds and has served on the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of industrial, commercial and financial companies. Among the main ones are: Saipem, PLC, Industria e Innovazione, Rosetti, UBI BancAssurance, Intesa Insurance Agency, Lombarda Vita, Javotte Bocconi, Snam Group, Charme.
