Giulia De Martino
Certified public accountant and auditor, she mainly carries out business consulting activities in the economic-financial field for private and public companies, with particular regard to corporate and financial aspects of significant transactions (e.g. transformations, mergers, spin-offs, contributions, capital increases, bonds), company valuations, business plans, restructuring plans (both advisory and attestation), accounting opinions and organizational models under ex D.LGS. 231/2001.
She holds a supplemntary teaching contract as the chair of the "Accounting and Financial Statements advanced course" at the University of Roma Tre in Rome.
She holds and has held the position of member of the bodies of various companies and entities, including those of a financial nature (Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors, Board of Auditors, Supervisory Board ex Legislative Decree 231/2001). Among the main ones: ERG, Sparkle, Saipem, TIM, Banca Widiba, INPS Servizi, Cassa Lombarda, ENAC, ETB (ENI Group), Floaters (Eni Group), Società Italiana Traforo Monte Bianco (ASPI Group), Med-Or Foundation (Leonardo Group) and Ente Ecclesiastico Ospedale Gen. Reg. Miulli. He also holds the position of Liquidation Commissioner and member of the Supervisory Committee, upon appointment by the Bank of Italy and MISE (Condotte Group in AS, Il Vignola Closed Real Estate Fund in liquidation of Polis SGR SpA, Advam Sgr SpA in lca, Credito Cooperativo Interprovinciale Veneto in lca, Valore Italia Holding di partecipazioni SpA, Independent Private Banker Sim SpA).
