Francesco Stancampiano

Graduated in Law from the University of Palermo, Lawyer at the Court of Milan. He is of counsel to the Firm and has gained twenty years of experience as a corporate lawyer in Italian and foreign multinational groups. He deals mainly with corporate contracts, corporate law and the implementation of transactions. In addition, he has edited and updated numerous organizational models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and is Chairman and member of Supervisory Bodies of Italian and foreign multinational companies.
