Federico Mariscalco Inturretta
Master's degree in Law and Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan, and a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor; Throughout the course of his career, he has gained significant experience working in both national and international firms.
He is a partner of the Firm, responsible for coordinating the international taxation practice and carrying out consulting activities aimed at industrial companies with particular regard to transfer pricing and international taxation issues. He is an office contact partner for the HLB International network and is a member of HLB International’s Leadership transfer pricing team and is also a member of the HLB Italy Board of Directors.
He has carried out advisory activities in acquisition, sale and restructuring projects of companies and has gained specific expertise in company valuations and intellectual property assets within multinational groups.
He has assisted major domestic and foreign industrial groups for the purposes of transfer pricing regulations, in the context of tax litigation, in accessing Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP), in the definition of Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and in obtaining tax benefits, including the "patent box," from the feasibility study to the negotiation stage.
He holds and has served the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in the supervisory body of industrial and commercial companies.
