Emanuele Carlo Passera

Degree in Law and Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan, and Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor; During the course of his professional career, he has gained significant experience in the field of domestic and international business, corporate and tax consulting activities of large and medium-sized companies, belonging to Italian and foreign multinational groups in the manufacturing, banking, insurance and technology sectors.

He is a partner in the Firm, where he coordinates the corporate tax team and the accounting department and in which he advises companies (startups, SMEs and multinationals) with a particular regard to direct and indirect domestic taxation issues and the management and optimization of tax incentives.

He has extensive experience in company valuations and tax and corporate advisory activities regarding transactions and generational transitions.

He deals with the tax and civil law aspects of the private client sector, particularly in the context of estate and succession planning transactions as well as real estate transactions.

His areas of expertise include assisting in the settlement of disputes in the  pre-litigation and tax litigation phase and assisting in technical consultancy of the party.

He holds and has held the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of industrial and commercial companies.
