Riccardo Perotta

Senior Professor at Bocconi University, where he is in charge of the transactions course for first years in the two-year degree program. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He is managing partner of the Firm and mainly performs business valuations, impairment tests, attestations required by bankruptcy law, business plan drafting, and the design and implementation of transactions.

He is the author of numerous publications in the form of monographs and articles on transactions and corporate governance. He holds and has held numerous corporate positions as both auditor and director. Among these being: Banca Imi, Cassa Lombarda, EI Towers, Eni, Fiat, FSI Sgr, Gewiss, Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, Mediaset, Mediolanum, Mittel, Molmed, Parmalat, Prada, Saipem , Snam Rete Gas.
